Move Over Labubu, Bee Venom Takes Over Amazon
Move over Labubu, there's a new trend taking over Amazon.
Bee venom.
Bee venom cream was the 10th most searched term on Amazon.com in September 2025 (by comparison, lowly Labubu was only the 25th most searched term).
Bee venom is purported to help stimulate collagen production and reduce the appearance of fine lines.
Is bee venom just the new snake oil? Who knows, but we do know it's a massive trend overtaking Amazon. In this article, we'll look at the sheer magnitude of its sudden rise.
Massive Yearly Growth for Bee Venom
To see the trend in bee venom creams, you only need to look at the search volume over the last two years.
According to SellerSnooper, two years ago the search term “bee venom” had just 12,082 searches a month. By 2025, it reached over 196,000 searches.
Massive Demand, Limited Supply
Despite the surge in demand, Jungle Scout reports limited sales for the top search results. The cream below is one of the top sellers with just $11,518 in sales.
There are two possible reasons for these limited sales. The first is that despite the massive search volume, customers simply aren’t buying. The second (and arguably more likely) is that the sudden surge in demand has led to many of the top-selling products being out of stock and not picked up by sales reporting tools.
